I'm not sure if I'm buying Rodion's role claim or not.
The character fits pretty well within a religion/literature theme. Maybe too well? I mean, all characters we have seen in scenes to this point had a religious or literature connection. Roland connects to both (a paladin who fights Saracens in the name of God in one of the major works of the French literary canon). A good choice if you want to come up with a plausible fake role.
Also, Roland couldn't not have used the horn to save his own life. If I remember correctly, he'd have to blow it so hard that he'd die from exhaustion. He knew this but still blew it in the end when the battle was lost – after preparing himself for death. Rodion left out this part.
With that background, I don't think this makes sense:

I guess it's possible that Rodion could've got the idea for this claim from the website about Mafia roles he liked to earlier in this thread? That's were I found out about the Governor role.
