Why would you protect Hensow of all people?

What's wrong with Hensow?

I was going to protect Campin, but since we're such good friends, I thought people might figure it out.: P

I didn't really have much of a reason. I tried to pick someone I didn't know or have any problems with, since I had little to go on. He seems okay.O_o

If you want to make sure someone will not die, you should either:

a) aim for someone who has been cleared
b) aim for someone that has played in a pro-town manner, actively contributing and trying to find scum
c) aim for a renowned player that is capable of catching scum any given day and are consequently more likely to be targeted by mafia (see how mafia got Safari and Pmchugh killed?)

I just don't see why you'd want to protect Hensow.

And about your power, it is actually a nerfed bulletproof-gifter, as the bulletproof gifter will only protect from kills, but not interfere with investigations like a commuter would. It's a much more useful power in scum hands.

It protects from the forces of evil, so I'm considering it a useful gift.

I don't like choosing targets based solely on how they appear or what others say, because these can easily be tricks. I make up my own mind about who can be trusted. I chose Hensow. As for today, well, that's my secret. So is Crazy's gift...for now.

Wouldn't that make it a buffed bulletproof gifter?

I find that weird. Rather than literally anyone else, you think that the most trustworthy person here and the one most worthy of your protection is the least active player, crazy/shield notwithstanding.

I gave my item to hensew, so I think he got a blanket if i read his post right? so i give blankets apparently.

Yomiel wrote:I don't have to. My gift is already sent out, so it's not like it can be interfered with now. I also know what Crazy's gift most likely is.

I have the Commuter Gift.

Somebody is lying.

If hensow received multiple gifts he needs to tell us ASAP

If not either crazy or yomiel is a liar. If we can't determine which we should lynch yomiel which would clear or condemn two people.

Nah, they're just confused. Hensow also received the pagers as a mason gift.

last night I also got "pair of pagers" that give me day talk with another player but my target was changed

Hensow's chosen mason target was also switched from jak to PCM by DJ, who was a busdriver at the time.

O_o When did I say Crazy was worthy of my protection? Have I not been trying to get him lynched? My vote is still on him.

Hensow DID tell us he got two gifts.>_>; Mine and Crazy's. This is why notes come in handy.

ok, so CM5 is the mason gifter and yomiel is the commuter gifter.

From the scum standpoint, yes. From town, no. Town players do not want an investigation on them "failing due to commuting", they want it to go through so they can be cleared as soon as possible.

So it's a nerfed bulletproof from town's standpoint and a buffed bulletproof from scum's standpoint.

Shield was inactive, never told us what we wanted to know, and the host had to find a replacement. Crazy was inactive, never told us what we wanted to know, and the host now has to find a replacement. Do we really want to go through this a THIRD time?

I'd think that a Mason Gifter is probably town. Why would we want to lynch a probable townie?

You can't judge a person's role solely by their gift.@_@ He's certainly a better target than me.

You can't judge by gifts, I'm telling you. We need to find a proper gift. I suspect it's the Mafia who is behind pushing my lynch, especially since it started right after the deadline was increased.

No, I don't.-.- Let's just play the game.

I'm not Mafia. If I'm killed, we lose one of the few gifts that can protect the Town. And nothing is gained.
