There probably isn't a set time, and i dont think Mtam would have to claim if there was a post defending, but if another person or two votes Mtam then yeah it probably becomes claim time.

It's a semantics thing, Mtam either needs to explain or claim, whichever they feel is best.

To me, that doesn't say "he's too busy with RL to post here" - that says "I could post here, but I don't want to have to answer all the questions people are asking about me." That strikes me as incredibly scummy.

I don't think we should lynch MTam unless he comes back with doing something very scummy. But, I have a hard time believing he is town when he throws up that he some special power. Wouldn't that make him a natural target for the mafia to lynch him at night?
Therefore, if he is scum then he obviously wouldn't be lynched at night. Hence, best to apply pressure and get as much info out of MTam so the town can make an intelligent decision on what to do about him.

I'm keeping my vote on MTam until he proves he is Town or Town alligned. And I'm not removing it just because Zerg-ee backs him up.

We are now over a week on Day 1 - just thought I'd point that out in case we go a month.

The only way that is possible is by mislynching me

Sempai was able to claim his way out of a lynch? Are you not able to do so as well?

I guess in order

1)What was the read or case against Raigan? He had no interactions with Storr when you said he did, do you feel you lied in your response to Streaker, or was there another detail?
2)Why did you soft claim? you were not prompted to do so. Was the claim completely a joke?
3)Assuming 2 is not, you noted you have a killing power at night, is it a one shot deal.
4)Why did you bandwagon sempai when there was no legit case against him
5)Why wont you claim?

Clarification: I'm not in favor of lynching Mtam at this point, but that response just seems like stalling and evasion. No one forced you to talk about you're night action. If you didn't want to discuss it, you should have just kept quiet about it.

This is a pretty odd thing to say. If you don't think Mtam is worth a lynch don't vote for him when he is in a L-small number situation. It would seem somewhat scummy to me to try and distance yourself from bandwagoning if Mtam turns out to not be a baddie.

Mtam I would like you to answer the questions so that I am satisfied you are not a baddie.

I've already said that I wasn't happy with the case against mtam, but I want to pressure him to give a better answer to your questions. If someone hammers him when we still have 4 days until deadline, then that's not my fault. I'll be happy to unvote as soon as he gives a somewhat more substantive answer to your questions. If he is town, and answering will hurt the town, then he shouldn't have talked about his night power in the first place.

As much as Id like to not get lynched, lynching inactives is a crapshoot, Id rather them just get replaced/modkilled.

I more or less agree with the idea that Mtam has not really done much to defend himself and may be copping to not being town aligned here. Again a third party character with a night kill (or possibly even recruit) ability is good enough to lynch.

If meta is anything to be believed, Storr is just deflecting for his buddy. Degaston is of note for deciding that after all of the content we do have, that it would be better to just push that all aside and hope for the best with a lurker. Weird.

I am actually going to defend Dega a bit here. He was on Pershy earlier not just about lurking but the valid point that pershy when he did post was basically admitting he was willing to follow cases without contributing to why.

got tonkaed wrote:Get real. He isn't aware enough to fake claim and you know it.

I dont consider that statement to be a definite hint. I could talk about rats that are missing toes and being poor which would be a stronger hint that I was Ron Weasley than what Mitch but Im not Ron.

Blah blah blah. Ill be honest, I am tempted to vote Mtam in hopes it forces him to claim and we can move on one way or another.

Mtam - I asked them, so it seems fair to assume they are coming from me.

Streaker- I dont disagree with this.

Strike - You may be right about it not being definite enough to go off of in regards to mitch, but it is the primary read we would have of the player at the time. If Mtam goes nowhere and we do make the choice to start pushing inactives then ok, but I feel we still have something with Mtam here, if that makes sense.

Id also like to add it will be difficult to get enough people to actually lynch someone, so yeah.

By all means, you can choose to answer whatever you would like. At this point every post that isn't an answer from you to any of the specific questions is an active avoidance of them.

I'll leave it up to the others to decide if they have additional questions or don't think my questions are valid. You asked for what I wanted clarified and I have provided it. I can't unvote you if I think you are the best target for a lynch.
