Looking at the scenes:

Shield 1.0: killed with a knife by an assassin.
Squirrel: Stage collapse
A woman in the scene with Squirrel: Nothing, just screaming. Implies protection.
F1fth: I wasn't sure at first, but it seems to imply that Vio made that kill.
Vio: Some sort of poisoned drink. Safe to say that's safari.
Iliad: Fall of a balcony. Could be the same killer as Squirrel's, a killer who likes big falls.
Chap: Doesn't say, but it seems like it's the same person who killed shield.
Tal: Again, an assassin's knife is the implied weapon.

Conclusions:

-Safari is alost certainly telling the truth about his only kill being Vio. Proving his power probably isn't necessary at this point.
-The doctor probably has some sort of privileged information regarding Night 1. I'd caution against sharing it unless forced to claim.
-Whoever's doing the killing may only have the option of doing it at either day or night, not both.

That's all I've got. Thoughts?

EBWOP I think you mean Doomyoshi, it seems it could be either poison (the drink) or the knife (from the photo)

#-o You're right, I did mean Yoshi. I think said Tal because of his reaction. And I did consider the the drink, but I went with the knife mostly because there would be no reason apart from flavor for both to be there except to connect the two as weapons of the same killer. That WOULD cast serious doubt on safari, but Vio's death doesn't say anything about coughing up blood, so I'm inclined not to believe that.

Is it possible both killers targeted Yoshi at the same time?

Can't see any motivation for Saf to do that though, as either town or scum. Just throwing it out there as a possible explanation for the flavor.

I can still use the DK power, although it might be dangerous for me to do so now. Or I can use the votelessness or the perception power.

Ugh, don't really know what to do here.

safari seems likely to be telling the truth to me. It's pretty clear he didn't do that DK today(cause it'd be a huge risk if we asked him to DK someone else) and 2 anti-town DK'ers seem quite unlikely.

Everybody else ... really don't know what to think. The complex roles make it very hard to even understand what has happened in here and "traditional" scum-hunting doesn't seem to be working, especially with so many people being inactive(me included).

I'm gonna try to re-read this in the weekend, maybe I'll find some mysterious lead ...

Apologies for my recent inactivity, but I've been overran with things these past weeks. I hope I will have some time this weekend, however, so I might be able to post something productive.
But... It was so artistically done.

apologies for my future inactivity, I'll be leaving tomorrow and won't be back for a week (yes I have my own private boat as bartender and I'll be escaping this island for 1 whole week! ha ha ha!)
No, seriously, i won't be able to post for a week. Cheers! :D

For your viewing pleasure on this our glorious Independence Day I have decided to celebrate by lauching bottle rockets at the completely inept staff. Should you care to join me feel free to meet me on the third floor balcony and we shall bet on who can hit the most.

Additionally managment has refused to rectify the terrible situation around us. Therefore, I think it time for more drastic measures. I propose you all go on a hunger strike to protest these murders in hopes managment will pay attention to our demands.

Finally, I hope the others decide to come down and join the rest of us for the remainder of the day. We need a bit more to go on then what we have for leads.

I'm a bit unsure of why shield would clear me anyways. When he gets back, it might be a good idea to pressure him for the odd cop claim and see if he has any other investigations. Could be an underhanded scum tactic of trying to establish a cop claim early on.

This post is bugging me as I reread this current day. Why post simply saying that we lost townies? Yeah, we lost two townies. No shit. That just feels like a scummy attempt to look sorry for town. You posted no content or analysis, just the fact that we lost townies. I would think that town would be looking for the killer, not just feeling sorry for themselves.

Thoughts Shield?

Also, from the last night scene's flavor:

/ wrote:The other killer was enraged "Don't think you are better at this than I sir!" he lunged at him and the trigger clicked.

Sounds like the killer had a really big ego. Does any player pop to mind? FoS Tal

And if it looks like I'm grasping at straws, it's because I am. We need to pursue all possible leads, since we don't have much to go off of right now.

Shield's away on vacation, we might not get much from him, but it's a very uneven way to play cop to say the least if he is a cop.

Not a big fan of using flavor spec to incriminate, but I suppose tal would be my secondary suspect given the lack of evidence we have.

Yeah, I would very much prefer post analysis to using flavor, but it is what it is. To be honest, no one has analyzed Tal the entire game because his self-imposed PR has dominated all of his posts. If you look at his last few posts, they don't contain all that much content to be honest. They're a lot of PR and fluff. If he is scum, he has played very well by hiding behind a self-imposed PR that no one has questioned thus far. The only reason I even thought of him at all is because of the flavor.

LOL, my ego is far larger then that. Talk about a skimpy argument. Besides, I highly doubt I'm the only one here with an ego. Many other preformers are amongst us I'm sure with quite the back story as my character. The only reason you are focusing on me is because I'm the only one all game who's played it up.

As for not contributing much the last game day or so, I will grant you the fact that I may have been a bit more absent(Won't agree with you, as you are beneath me), but this will have to do. I will say though that compared to some others in the game I have been more outspoken. But I am at a loss as to who looks the scummiest or what leads we have. I'd still like to hear from anyone who got something useful for us from last night. There has to be someone who has something to tell us. But yes, 4th of July and all so they are still probably away. We may have to look back at cases from 2 or 3 gamedays though to try to come up with new leads.

Vote Count
None (11): Everyone

No vote has received a unanimous vote and has been lynched, unless you monsters want to continue beating its dead body, I suggest you get a move on.
A soft deadline is in place for one week from now, Tuesday the 12th, if you cannot get something decent going by then I will end the day.

This doesn't fly with me. Please participate in the game or allow yourself to be replaced. While I understand not wanting to replace out, it is necessary if you don't have the time to play. Nothing personal against you, but lack of participation hurts everyone's game experience.

I agree, we have two inactives (Shaggy and Tails), and one person on vacation (shield).

An inactive lynch given the lack of good evidence on anyone seems to be an ok option, the DK is still on the table as are my other abilities.

Well, here's the case (finally). First of all:

After the initial post, Fircoal posts a couple of posts defending the news and the he says that he's behind and will reread. This post was May 29:

Fircoal wrote:I'm so behind. >< I still wanna play just gotta catch up to everything xwx

His next post is... Jun 16. More than 2 weeks after his rereading. The post itself:

Fircoal wrote:I haven't been here and I really need to read up but I think some input is gonna be better than none, so let me start from here. I don't see why we wouldn't use the daykill. If we use it like a lynch it'll end up basically being another lynch. We could have day kill vote counts, and majority wins scenario and all of that. I don't see the problem.

In order to not be seen as completely inactive, comments on that current topic just a bit and just enough to be able to go back to submarining. After all of that, in another week

Fircoal wrote:
Anarkistsdream wrote:
shieldgenerator7 wrote:Tails? Why tails? Isn't there a better inactive player we could pursue? I mean tails is a pretty good player when he's active. I'm sure he has a lot to contribute if he would just post. But he still is inactive for right now.
Vote Tails until further notice.

Nice "Why vote him, but I'll vote him anyway."

Yes. The lack of logic in Shield's vote is assounding.

I have to say I believe Violet. Looking at what / has done it does fit well into the roles that he's given out. Likely if she is lying it was a fake claim that / gave out of the scum. Honestly I have to say I would have done the same as Violet on Night 1. I don't like blocking or killing random people, as both have a larger chance of hitting town. So I can believe why she wouldn't want to use her power.

The only thing is at this point it does not seem we have firm leads. I'm starting to get some scummy vibes from Shield though...

And that's his last post.. Until this day. I very strongly suggest either replacing him or Safari offing him as he has not contributed anything at all to town (not even 10 posts through out the game) yet has put in some effort to stay in the game and not get replaced.

Vote Fircoal.
But... It was so artistically done.
