I'm not sure how many votes he has so I won't vote... I'd still prefer a claim but I agree that the attitude pretty much deserves a lynch.

When I see mindless bandwagoning then yes I will have an attitude. claiming won't really matter as it's only going to be I think my 2nd day 1 lynch ever with both times being while town while getting bandwagoned led by scum bags. besides even if i claimed i would be dead at night following it. have fun scum burying these idiot townies that like to bandwagon a knocked out person even when a kill goes on and don't know how to stop and smell the roses and dig their head out of their anal cavity to actually look at the evidence. anyone with half a brain should've figured out from what i've already stated that i visit people at night and stay at their house. by staying at their house, i can keep bad people away. when bad people stay away person lives. spelled out enough knuckleheads.

Omg, this game is killing me their 101 things i want to say but by the time I post i forget them all. however shot my dog and made me depressed is getting it.

Anywho, where did this bandwagon come from? All we know is that LSu was having trouble deciding on who to use his actions on, and that he wanted to use them on mac. Now from day 1 would scum want to kill mac? NO. Would they want to roleblock him? perhaps, he didnt claim which hints at a power role. Was he a good investigation target? YES. We had a wagon on him and it would give good information on him. And there are many other actions he could have done this for that are pro-town.

Secondly LSU chill out, as a vet Im surprised you have acted in such a way, it doesnt help your cause and isnt respectful either.

Next Droz how many times do you need to be told what LSU said all he said was "keep my action on macalaster." or something along those lines.

Also why hasnt everyone said their observations?

I cant vote and if i could I would vote for droz or one of our dear couple, or possibly flores they have seemed the scummiest to me, if you lynch LSU I think it would be a mistake, this game will be difficult as the town have had nothing so far.

I was just giving LSU the benefit of the doubt about his night pm... This is the first I had heard about the "sleeping" with part, and it doesnt coincide with what was stated earlier from ink or LSU.

InkL0sed wrote:Oh right, I meant to say -- I got an odd PM from LSU last night, telling me to "keep my action on macalaster." When I asked him what he meant, he did not respond.

My hubby and I think he may be scum, and may have sent the PM to the wrong person last night. So: vote LSU

Then he got knocked out and the first bandwagon started, which I was against just on the fact that he couldnt defend himself or give any info for following days...

LSU Tiger Josh wrote:Or maybe I clicked on teh wrong post to pm when I was just sending in to the mod how my action works. The entire message stated "stay with mac" This message is hardly incriminating and anybody that isn't a dumbfuck and has experience in mafia games know that I get VERY pissed over people chatting illegally. I will not send a pm to a person justifying a mistake on my part on clicking "pm" from the game thread. In regards to my action, I was knocked out and nothing went through.

Now at this point he puts his statement in quotations, insinuating that, that was the exact quote from the night pm.

LSU Tiger Josh wrote:It is what it is. Ink can confirm that is exactly what I stated to him. I also notified our mod of my wrong pm immediately after receiving the reply from Ink which made me aware of sending it to the wrong person. At this point, the mod told me ok and moved on.

Personally I'm going to use my observe on Flores to see if I get anything useful this time although I'm not holding my breath on that. I think she might have been the one to drug me seeing how she "healed" a headache. Granted the poison for me came via food that I had left in my fridge from what I can tell.

At this post he says again that what he wrote in the night pm is the same as what he wrote earlier...

InkL0sed wrote:"stay with mac" was exactly how the PM was phrased, and the full extent of it.

I'm not too sure what to think anymore. LSU's awakening could go along with my theory of mafia drugging their own -- maybe when they realized I was on to them, they decided to wake him? -- but then again, that's pure speculation. I won't unvote for now, because I don't see anyone better to vote for, but I'm in no way certain.

Here we have another exact quote which again has nothing to do with sleeping...

LSU Tiger Josh wrote:obviously knucklehead. I sent in my action exactly as you saw. I was food poisoned and got nothing for my action and then on top of that had to watch some of yall act stupid by trying to bandwagon a doped up person that couldn't say a word.

Once again he says nothing about sleeping or camping...

After that I started my case on Ink and started to drop the LSU deal after I had figured if he wasnt scum, then the mafia would probably target him in the night anyway. So if he was alive by morning then I would have a more probable target.

Then everything slowed down and mac left his post about LSU, and a few people, as well as myself agreed with him. I also figured that hopefully it would start things moving again, as the last page and a half had a lot of useless posts. But ultimately I hadnt really decided on keeping a vote on him or not.

LSU Tiger Josh wrote:PS the message wasn't "keep it with mac" it was to "sleep with mac" as I was intending to camp out there for the night.

So LSU is lying, plain and simple. Although he may have been somewhat trying to protect himself, but if that was the case then why would he have told ink earlier to confirm what he said exactly.

Although it may be a mistake, I find it very hard to believe that he would lie and then be so defensive, if he were in fact town.

Now about mac, explain to me why the mafia would not want him dead from day one? He didnt claim under a very heavy bandwagon, which even you said hints at a power role.

Good night kills, are those that are trying to help out the town and that seem town to the general public or people that killing would frame someone else. Mac ticks none of these boxes, except maybe the last but then I dont see who it would incriminate as there were lots of peeps on his wagon.

And I thought LSU was joking.

Anyway keep this for tommorow, as we shouldnt really say too much just now after the lynch.

Bah, well it would be inappropriate to say anything usefull now, so I recomend no one post game related material until the next day.
But Dito, is the lynch right? It takes 7 to lynch and he has 6 votes, just want to make sure it's accurate :P

I suspect he is indeed a townie though, he always gets cranky as town

the votes count was wrong, him stated 5 votes but said 6, and doesnt take 7 to kill? oh and my vote wasnt counted either which leads me to think that other votes might have been ignored as well.

Death of a Policeman

Postby Ditocoaf on Wed May 21, 2008 1:55 pm

LSU got beligerant and angry as the rest began to accuse him more and more certainly. The mysterious misplaced phone call Ink reported had come from LSU seemed like damning evidence. Finally, fearing that his anger might burst, they decided to tie him up quick. Standing around him, as he struggled to get free, screaming at them, one course of action resolved itself in their minds: he must be killed. They dragged him off behind the building, and a quick shot in the head later, and he crumpled to the ground. The crowd cheered, feeling the thrill of the victory they were sure they had just won.
As he fell, a piece of paper fell out of his pocket, with a phone number written on it. Macalester picked it up, and studied it. It was poorly written one number could either be a 6 or a 0 -- the difference between Mac's number, and Ink's. Quickly heading to LSU's house as the sky grew dim, they unlocked the door with his spare key. They searched inside, finding only typical household items. Someone eventually had the idea to check the e-mail on his computer. One message, sent to his work, read:
I will now be taking my two weeks leave I have saved up. Some upsetting things are happening, but I cannot explain them quite yet. Hopefully the problem will resolve soon. I will be staying at some of my neighbors' houses at night; I'll try to protect them. During the day I'll do my best to help solve this mystery. See you in two weeks.

The rush of revenge died off quickly, and as the mob mentality cleared, the neighbors all began to realize what they had done. They were horrified at the brutal slaughter they had just committed, but also scared to have lost what could have been their best protection. It was now too late in the day to do anything more, and at night the mysterious killer would likely strike again...
Or was it multiple killers? In wondering how the mob had gotten so far as to kill someone innocent, they began to realize that the guilty person must not only be one of them, but there must be more than one person working together... The trust the group had in each other began to erode, as they all began the short walk back to their respective homes, which seemed to stretch on for miles.

LSU Tiger Josh (policeman/protector) has been killed.

Once again the next 10 posts by alive players are allowed to be on topic and substantial (as you're walking back to your homes). After that only night spam is allowed.

Please send in your actions quickly!

it's a pity that such important role went to someone so bad at defense (and lets not mention offensive), this deprived us of a protector, lets just hope there is another protector role or we might as well be doomed.

For the recond, I didn't realize my vote was still on LSU, and I even said I wanted to unvote before we found out he was town.

Also -- I'm vaguely suspicious of Macalester from that scene, but I'm not sure what the whole deal about the phone number is about. Maybe it's just a reference to the whole PM thing last night?

Sorry if the scene was unclear. The paper in LSU's pocket implied that he had meant to call Mac last evening, to spend the night at his house as a protector. However the note was messy, and he apparently called Ink's number instead (PMs = phone calls, so mis-sent PMs = wrong number).
