it can be pretty demotivating to be playing a 3rd party and be outed on day 1. Specially if he is a survivor. He has an almost 0 chance of finishing the game alive if he was inputting all his focus on the game.

i can call a duck a crow, but its still a duck.

Hotshot is not 100% scum.
hotshot could easily be a SK.

For a game this large i would have preferred having multiple claims D1. However this IB vs. Hotshot thing has gotten so big that i don't think we have enough time for anything more.
Also: If you have not voted yet, do so now. Vote someone you feel comfortable voting. Either that or vote No Lynch.
I dislike games where the mass amount of people get modkilled for not following the rules. We may have more people who die by modkill than from actually playing the game.

You have until January 19, 07.00 CC time to reach a majority. No majority results in No Lynch, and all players who not voted at deadline will be modkilled. There will be no deviation from this rule.
With 28 alive, and the special effect, it takes 11 to lynch.

I know. That was just to wind you up. It's one of my favourite passtimes.
Anyway, your argument irrelevant. IB is not calling anything by any other name. He uses scum to mean antitown. You use it differently. That doesn't change what he wrote.

you eager to make they lynch?

Today the first wave of pokes will go out to those who have failed to post (or even confirm). They will have 48 hours to reply, before they are replaced. Since the replacement pool isn't the biggest, we will replace whomever we can. At the end of D1, ALL inactives who we could NOT replace will be modkilled. There will NOT be replacements after D1, though exceptions to this may happen depending on the situation.
If you are modkilled for inactivity, you forfait any and all rights to further prizes given in this game.

No... I didn't remember that deadline Vote counts are somewhat infrequent right now, and I remember rules saying days would be 7 RL days length. Honest mistake. Now that i know we've got a week more that means we have enough time to pressure someone else for a claim.

I get that town's goal is to survive, so the longer mafia go without getting killed, the more likely it is that the town will win. (therefore not killing anyone is not a good idea as town), but I am reluctant to make a firm decision right now. A lot of people are still silent.
If Iron Butterfly is telling the truth, then Hotshot needs to die so he can win, period. That would mean we hand the game to IB today with our vote. Then again, if Hotshot is a threat to the town, then he should be lynched. That is my understanding, but who is telling the truth? The rest seems to be just sides/red herrings. Hotshot has said he will not be killing tonight, so maybe we should find another threat tonight. Also, since it seems a large number may be mod-killed, I am not sure there is the huge urgency to get rid of one right now without being sure. It looks like the numbers will be reduced anyway, if folks do not vote. If they do... then there is time for me to see and change my vote still.
Could Hotshot be something like a mafia boss, not doing any direct killing, but telling others who to do in?

And does that come off as alignmnent-indicative to you?
