And remember that anyone who claims third party can be recruited so even if they have a viable claim e.g. falko he could have been recruited.

And I don't understand your claim? Plus why did you try to kill LSU? And if your a vig then it means we have 2 vigs, and 2 night killers but only one NK so far Also this game seems wildly unbalanced against me and TCM, no-one else has claimed fantasia/town.

I am going to say that the role I couldn't wait to watch was killed night 1.

Stroop was the Nothing then switched with AA. There was only 3 people Stroop could not pick, and only 2 people AA could not pick, and yet they both picked the people they couldn't. unreal luck, I am a little bitter this did not lst longer, but any way....

Good game town.

My claim was basically a "hurry up and lynch me already" claim. I was sure that no matter what I claimed that I would be lynched. If I claimed a minor third party role, I would be lynched because I was obviously not third party. If I claim a likely protown role, I would be counter-claimed and then lynched. Since I was dead either way, I decided to make up a bunch of random BS so you guys could put me out of my misery.

I was very frustrated that none of my actions seemed to work. In a cult game, it is good if the cult can actually recruit someone. Just like in CC, it is good if you can actually kill the defending 2 with your stack of 15. Oh well, shit happens I guess.

I was unreqruitable and unkillable as long as bastian and arteyu was alive and I had a one time action that would kill of some of the nothing (1 sure and then 50% chance for the rest IIRC but it would always leave one alive).

I would like to say that this game was quite still quite unbalanced against fanatasia. We got lucky with the actions, and we couldn't recruit. If one of me or tcm was killed it would have been all over for us. Meanly it's not often that the two summiest playes in a 15 player game are caught by day 3 with only one succesful action in 2 nights. And to clear something up, we weren't town really we were a faction, our characters may be "good" but we certainly weren't town and I'm surprised no-one said this and went after us.

To suspect: Don't think I've ever seen that kind of role called "busdriver" before. If things had been tighter and falko had stood by his statement I would probably have taken it for a false claim and called for a lynch.
I have nothing against complicated, rare, new or inventive roles but I do think that if you call it by an established name then it should be the established role too.

Yea I thought about that when the 3rd party talk was at its most. My statement of "nothing in my PM says I'm 3rd party" could just as well have been "nothing in my PM says I'm town".

That said I'm still curious as to why so many claimed or semi claimed to be 3rd party? Can't ever see why it would be beneficial to be seen as 3rd part instead of town.

my overarching idea was the more I kill the better chance I have to win, either side, didn't matter. basically I played it like an SK (a role I always wanted to try out but never got) and for myself. usually I play survivor for the town, but this time I played for numero uno.

day 1 Flores hadn't shown up to play and frankly she's mean, or at least in the games i've seen her. I didn't want to share the sandbox w/ a bully
day 2 dizzle wasn't playing, someone had to die (see above) so I took him out to move the game along
day 3 I thought that / was the Nothing and had recruited Ace. My reasoning was that since the Nothing, is, literally, NOTHING. he wouldn't have a vote. In this kill I WAS actually trying to help the town.

BUT i will admit that my strategy changed and my next kills were going to be the claimed townies. afterall, town dies, myself and the rest of the survivors would have won. ya, it might have been kinda dickish, but what's the point of role play if you don't occasionally visit the dark side. I'm actually a lovely person IRL so ya'll can throw insults my way if you want but that was my reasoning this game

You layed out too much game info in your posts. when I killed it should have been left vague as to who had done it keeping the method of death is good but saying on the first one that it was a Vig point blank was too much imo. there was another instance in the game as well but I can't be bothered to find it now. it just took away some of the mystery.

but I liked the setup quite a bit, and like I said its my alltime favorite book so if you ever decide to do the rest of the story drop me a line
