Ok. Attention on you. There is still one question you haven't answered. You said that the mafia were being obvious. Wen I asked you who they were, you said you didn't want a repeat of NCIS. That game resulted in your D1 lynch. So it seems you DO want a repeat of that.

Spiesr also stands out to me, as an active player who has yet to vote me, if I recall. He even said he would have been willing to cast the final vote, yet even though he was online during the time when I only needed one more vote against me-and I even suggested he do it,-he did not. Even now, he seems to think I should be lynched, yet has not voted for me.

Crazy stands out as well. He seems to be for voting me and wants to cast the final vote, claiming he has a plan. Then he doesn't. Then he does. Then he doesn't again. And his reasons for his frequent mind changes never make sense.

With alignments being decided at random, the host had to have created everyone's roles very carefully.

I already told you all I'm Town, and you're falling right into the Mafia's hands if you don't kill me. if they've figured out a way to block my ability or counter it, they could easily do that to make it look like I'm lying. The host wouldn't tell me if my role could be interfered with. If I don't die this during this first Day, you guys really have no idea just how badly you will be screwed.

You are pretty much just going to have to get over that sentiment if you wish to continue playing mafia. If you are too afraid of what people will say in response to state your thoughts and suspicions then you aren't really able to do anything worthwhile in a game.

ok.... i made a really bad case intentionally... to gauge reactions and try to get a sense of where to actually build cases. it worked, when SD jumped on. i expected some outrage, some disbelief, some votes on me. this agreement was a shocker. if shaggy wanted to pursue a case, at that point it should have been me. believe me or not, but when you present more evidence, that is hopefully less WIFOM, i will be able to present a better defense. for now, im rolling with this.

I can't take it anymore. Yomiel is bungling up any chance we have of finding anything useful. While the Vodean case has some small merit, I can't focus on it for the consistent petty play of Yomiel.

I know it's what he wants. I know he has ulterior motives. But I can't stand his terrible play in this game. He is probably third party or mafia with some crazy reward as being the first one lynched. At this point I don't care...just make it stop! Best case scenario is that he is the jester, we lynch him, and the game is over.

16 custom picked roles. Someone picked thing with a gun, knife, sword, or something. I bet the biggest issue was how to prevent them from all having a kill.

How do you know something bad will happen? Maybe you'll hit mafia and not town. There are very few things that are certain in mafia, and I'm not convinced you're action is going to be all bad.

I highly doubt that we are going to lose if we don't kill you Day 1. If nothing more than a curiosity for what exactly your ability does, I'm willing to at least wait until Night. If it really is a detriment to town, I'm pretty sure we can deal with it either Night 1 or Day 2.

I'm just having a hard time believing that Town is going to be severely crippled by not lynching the right person on Day 1. Especially since you can't (or aren't) telling us exactly what this bad thing is especially since:

You say the mod says it's apparently not "people dying every day" bad. Which is honestly the worst thing I can think of short of giving mafia extra night kills or something that would be extremely broken even IF this game is slightly unbalanced.

Call it morbid curiosity if you must, but the more you talk about these "bad consequences" the more I'm willing to give it extra phases to see if there's some hidden application that we can use to survive/catch scum.
