I think you guys might be reading too much into the scene, it could potentially be jeraado being killed for trying to hide behind mafia but / writing it up like that. It does fit more that he was targeted though. But the GF making the kills don't mean much, I think at best it would just mean that mafia had that one staff on their side... Not very relevant either way.

I was gonna vote Aage for yesterday's behaviour but upon rereading it might be worth pursuing xereub or Vio now.
I have a feeling Aage was mostly trying to justify his own voting, which is of course still scummy so FOS there.

Being a bit hypocritical there xureb? Going to vote me for being inactive when you were inactive yourself. Or to start a bandwagon :|
I think you could at least give more of a reason than that. Joke vote stage is over.

jeraado wrote:[...]I'm also interested in hearing more from victor and aage, and anything from violet. But for now, for going silent then voting for another silent person, I'll vote xuereb. Could possibly have been killed because of this if it really is a kill because it stinks of noobness. Hell, Jeraado would have been a suspect for avoiding the Flores case the whole time IMO.
ga7 wrote:Flores is currently over the Atlantic so we won't have a claim from her before deadline. She checked the forums yesterday though so she knew she could be lynched, and didn't claim. I believe she is scum either way so would rather not leave it to chance....

safariguy5 wrote:Can we find a replacement for Vio, I think she's AWOL.

FOS Saf also really avoided taking a stance in that one when the deadline was closing.
All in all it's not impossible some ballsy scum could have wagonned Flores but due to the circumstances I'd be very surprised if Haggis was it, considering he hammered where at the deadline Flores could still have had a 50% chance to make it, thus gaining time/wasting an investigation etc. Of course that reasoning is a bit wifomy but there really wasn't a particular advantage to hammer for scum, except to then tell "I was there", which I suppose could be considered fit for a GF move. Still quite doubtful.

Anyway, Xuereb and Vio have contributed absolutely nothing, submarining the f*ck out of this game so far.
I'll start with a Vote xuereb for having been a bit more hypocrite in his voting Violet and being voted by Jeraado.

That makes two of us squirrel. To my knowledge, I received a vote or two for not being very active. I suppose they were prod votes.

I agree with this. The bandwagon was due to player actions. Scum and town could both have easily jumped on it and it's hard to tell without analyzing the vote counts from previous days. Correlation does not entail causation.

The only credible person I see here is safari guy since the others that have protested were on the list so they felt they had to defend themselves. A mafia was on the bandwagon and you don't wish to pursue any of them yet? Sure I acted scummy and caused a lot of suspicion to be thrown on me but we now have proof the mafia were using me as a scapegoat and one more may be lurking amongst those bandwagons. I know i'm not clear and I don't have supreme leverage for leading a lynch but we do know the facts and a mafia was intent of voting for me and one more may be lurking amongst those wagoners. I could be wrong but it doesn't hurt to persecute them and see if can shed some light on this.

He seems to be admitting more to noobness than to submarining. And I don't get how you get that he was skimming. He says he is still unsure about scumtells so he played it safe, and you jump on him for it. That seems a little harsh to say the least. I normally don't protect noobs too much, but in your case, you are being overly aggressive to me.

Since we have so little according to you, shouldn't we be pursuing even the weaker cases? If you have a better person, I'd like to hear it, but submariners sound like the best case to me so far.

Rather than picking up where we left off you wait for some "good evidence" for a reason for your vote. By good evidence I mean bandwagonning on a noob for being a noob.

Actually I think he is pursuing a case. YOURS. It looks like to me you're trying to pass it off as if he's not being a case so that he can look scummier, you can look townier and you can get the noob lynched.

A mafia member, or multiple members may have been involved in that bandwagon. The problem is that we have no idea which, if any of the people on the bandwagon are the elusive scum. While being on a certain bandwagon can definitely be used as evidence in a case against someone, it alone is not a very strong cause to lynch them. Is this still worth pursuing? Yes, go right ahead, but not everyone will necessarily want to go along with you.

Gee, you make lynching a scum sound like a bad thing  It's true there's not much but the voting record can already be helpful at this point.

Drew thinks it was scummy, I try to point out that he was the one who was scummy. Don't see anything odd about that. Except the fact that Drew apparently believes that randomly lynching people is great.
