Not really. If I'm Union, then the Confederates are scum. If I'm Confederate, then the Union is scum. The objective of both is to wipe out the other, same as the scum-town relationship. So while scumtells may not work the same as in a "conventional" mafia game, as there is no informed minority, there is an importance to say which side you are on.

OK. sorry for not posting but you may have noticed that I havnt logged on at all for the weekend. It seems like a lot of raving from a lot of n00bs. The way I see it is that there are 4 groups.
1.union
2.confederatcy
these to are exactly the same. They are basicly 2 groups of town both trying to eliminate the mafia and each other
3.Indians
THese are the mafia. THe are an unorganized mafia though. More like a bunch of serial killers
4.europe
They are like the pesants from sherwood and get to pick what side they are on. They probably also have power roles and will help out what ever side they pick.

I also think that not any good points have really been made but the biggest and dumbest person so far will get my vote.

Im at an awe at who to kill. Nes is a noob and knocking him out will save us some headache.

Cena seems very suspicous after the kill and reply about SKs

AD openly revealed his role, though we dont know if its true. How do we know your not lying about your role?

What makes you think those people could be recruited? In any game with any normal set of rules, only basic Vanilla Townies can be recruited. If you make this third group ONLY Vanilla Townies, then they stand no chance on their own of winning the game. How in hell would that be fun? The third group would HAVE to have power roles too. So, assuming that there is some 'recruiter' out there, the possibility of them choosing a Third-Party member who has no Power Role is appx what? Very freaking slim.

I will assume that your question directed at me was rhetorical. Obviously the only way anyone could trust me is to be a Cop or other investigative role. Then, you'ld have to be able to believe THAT person.

Also, at this time the Union and Confederates have to find the non-soldiers. We would obviously like to kill off the other side, but, learning to work with the natives- please quit calling them Indians, everyone, as I am one - would benefit us more, as I still don't believe that we are able to 'recruit'. We didn't 'recruit' natives into the American armies until WWII, but we worked with them through many wars...

I think that it might be more likely if they were just survivors.
