Wait--firth, let me get this straight--after five nights, there will be five people immune to NKs? (If you're still around). Or does the "peace" you give stay with someone until you give it to someone else.

And that 'lynch me if I'm wrong' thing has happened in all five games I've played so far, and it's never been a good idea. Either he'll turn out town, and ga7 will say 'oh, crap, see here's why I thought...', or ga7 will be protected somehow, or firth will turn out to have some 3rd party role that might have been nice to keep, confusing everyone, or ga7 will turn out to be jester.

I say we actually think about firth on his own merits, instead of just striking a perverse deal with another player that could very well end up with two of the town's kills landing on town's heads. Now, firth: you didn't seem very impressed with your role when you claimed it-- you realize what a ludicrously powerful thing you're claiming, right?

I think he means he could give peace to someone once, and that one person could not be killed for the duration of the game, im still not sure whether to believe him or not, and i havent found the time to re-read.

Can you find me a quote to prove it please? Not calling you a liar, just saying I don't remember it. I might have been protecting myself from NK's.

Also, the role might vary on who I use it on. Without quoting my pm, I need to be careful who I choose to protect because mafia or not, there will be consequences.

I usually never play the lynch game btw, but it is beyond my comprehension that in the light of how Firth acted he's not lynched already. He just can't be town. Putting aside the balance issues that his fakeclaim ignores, it all started because he was being way scummy:

Partial claim. He says absolutely nothing of his importance, which he would have done being under pressure instead of this absence of defense.

Finally the full claim. Now, do you think someone who asks doc protection and has a seemingly vital role would act before like a jester at the risk of being vigkilled and even voted himself? BS, he just screwed up and is grasping at straws to stay alive.

Cf previous point. And here comes the third part of the roleclaim, it's as cutted as a long-runned soap opera plot. He just wants to keep our interest up :roll:

On the side, an interesting thing I noticed when rereading. You might remind that Cena was noticed as "Doc with 40 phds" at the beginning of the day, a role that is considered High Tier by Fir's standards. What does this role do?

vote firth. even if he's telling the truth (which I doubt), the whole "I need to be careful who I choose to protect because mafia or not, there will be consequences" sounds like trouble. If he accidentally protects a mafia, then any vigs we might have are useless.

Somehere here himself said that ga7 can talk his way out of anything, and while I do not share that talent, I can provide the game with much amusement.

I digress, ga7 is "The Man", and firth is probably a jester. And ga7 should know that I should know the best way to play at being a jester.

this is a 15 player game, not 5, we'll keep playing forsure, Fircoal wouldn't end the game because the jester won, same goes for the rest of the mods in 15 player games. Yes, that person would win, but they would win at the end of the game, with either the town or mafia.
