That was an awfull night

And to be honest, I think that there is probably scum in the final Bw of captain. (yeah, I know that I was there too)

I don0t care to be subjected to scrutiny, but I really think that the scum (at least one of them) is involved to take advantage of that weak defence of captain

Although I'm still unsure of whether an insane cop would have been helpful/harmful for us in the end I find this an extremely bad night for us...with 3 mafia we are now at 5v3 with no leads :(

That doesn't make 100% sense to me, if there are other roles (which I'm still assuming). A serial killer could possibly kill a mafia member in the night, a doctor could provide protection for the right person etc. Aren't there a lot of ways for the mafia still to be foiled even with a mislynch?

The main point is that this is a crucial moment, and we have to be very careful with our decisions. My last game was ruined because a townie joke voted for himself in a similar situation to this and then the mafia won at night. ](*,)

So please, take this day seriously and be careful with the voting. Being willy nilly can only lead to a mafia win.

I said this yesterday:
Stroop wrote:
Simon Viavant wrote:unvote

The people voting for suspect strike me as the scummy ones, it seems an obvious conspiracy to deprive us of our rights.
capt. walrus might be a townie =, just an incompetent one, but I know stroop isn't.
Falko could also plead incompetence, but I'm a little more doubtful there.
Stroop can't.

FOS Stroop

Simon Viavant wrote:Another scumtell is that they usually don't vote on someone right away when they come out against them, as if they're considering matters. They usually get another couple people to vote first so they're safer from blame.

Poor Simon even thinks he's scummy himself.

Simon Viavant wrote:Ok since I'm so cowardly and scummy vote Stroop

When called out on it, first by Falko, then by me, he decides that a vote might be better anyway. Instead of sticking to his guns, he goes with what people seem to desire from him. Only scum need to fly under the radar like that.

His only reason for voting me is that I have more experience than captainwalrus and Falkomagno and that means I shouldn't have voted Suspect apparently. Whether that's true isn't for me to decide.

This is still a weak case, but I think it's better than anything else we can find right now; vote Simon

So I'm going to build on that.

Since I posted that, Simon has only posted once:
Simon Viavant wrote:sorry guys, my internet was down for several days.

Anyway,
First voting for suspect, then capt. walrus is falko.

Plus he hasn't been talking much, just popping in to shout "scum" and vote

Vote falko

We had two claimed cops and one close to a lynch. Instead of commenting on that, he comes up with something quite useless. This way, he doesn't appear on the bandwagon when we lynch a cop.

Now he's staying silent, probably hoping that we'll go after the people that did vote captainwalrus.

vote Simon

My vote stays on falko, although stroop is also suspicious.
He obviously has some sinister agenda, and is part of a conspiracy.
His voting record is pretty scummy in my eyes, and his input in the game also is.
He might not be the most articulate, but he usually doesn't go with weak bandwagons this much.

Glad you are still feeling that way, because those are my thoughts as well. falko has been about as active as simon, both of whom have been too quiet IMO. And Simon couldn't gather any support for him on day 1 which seems very suspicious.

falkomagno wrote:nah....so much bullshit, but the true is that we gonna be based that in this small game there is not two cops.

So...vote captian walrus

This is the suspicious vote. He hadn't been talking much at all, especially not about captain walrus or the cop situation. He was then told that cw is a cop, and votes for him with only this for evidence. I know, it did kind of seem like bullshit since walrus had been lying to us and changing his story, but voting for a claimed cop on day one with only this much of a post to back it up? Seems awfully scummy to me.

I guess it's time for me to claim since it's the second time a watcher has been mentioned.

I've been debating whether or not to, but I don't want it to be seen scummy if I waited until later when I had info about somebody.

I am a watcher, and watched Ace last night per somebody's recommendation throughout the game (I forget the page and post, but it was there). Unfortunately Ace did not visit anybody, so I have no names. To my knowledge I am only told when they visit somebody, and not who visits them. Therefore, if the killers "went to Ace's house" and he didn't go anywhere, that is why I didn't receive a name or group of names. It's unfortunate, but true. :(

Given the last few arguments, and the course of action taken by him in the previous day, I have no other choice than to vote falko. He seems like the logical vote to me (although simon is rather suspicious as well...)

A watcher gets to know who else visited their target.

If you are a watcher, and you targeted Ace, you should have gotten at least one name as a result; the killer's. So, this claim is fake, and you are scum.

didn't PMC say this would be a none vanilla game? there has been no day action, so you would have to see some sort of night action. You would not just see someone doing nothing.

Stroop it wouldn't really make any sense for me to claim something right now that would put me in way of suspicion (especially since we're already down two pro-town folk). All I can tell you is that my role consists of targeting somebody to watch, and in return I receive the name of a person they visit/target; but not the action that is performed. That sounds like a watcher role to me, but I could be mistaken (and I don't have my PM from PMC anymore).

PMC, am I allowed to PM you for a role confirmation to make sure I said the right role?

I can tell you know it's not the right role. What you describe is a tracker, not a watcher.

I'll see what pmc does with this before I get into an argument with you, though ;)

Sounds good to me..I'm just trying to help out with what I can. :)

Hopefully PMC lets me get a confirmation so I can post specifically what my role is (I know I can't quote the PM, but I can at least say "yep, i'm <name>"). Otherwise this could turn out very poorly for myself and the town

I find this unlikely. Even though he was killed in the night, I still think he would have used his cop powers. HE was an active player so I don't see him skipping his night actions. I still think you would have recieved this information even if he was killed.

Could the powers of an insane cop be different than that of a regular cop? Is it possible that if the mafia killed him before he submitted who he would like to investigate that I wouldn't have been told who was investigated because he was dead before he investigated them?

I can guarantee you that I'm not scum, although without being able to copy a PM message from PMC it may be hard for me to do so...hopefully he'll see this and allow me to PM him for a role confirmation (I just don't know if we're allowed to PM the mod about the game...is that a normal rule?) so I can clarify my specific title.

I believe you Fuzzy. As for the tracker/watcher semantics, they seem very similar to me. I can definitely see getting them mixed up in name, even if you are PMC when assigning things!

But the main reason I believe you, is because there is no reason to claim a role like that unless you actually had that role. False claiming would just put you in hot water and bring unnecessary accusations and interrogations, when before that moment you had been largely ignored. It's a shame that Ace was probably killed before you could get any information to prove your role. But then again, your info would not have been helpful at all with Ace dead (knowing that he investigated someone would only be useful for proving that he was a cop. In his death, he already proved that unfortunately). If you had been a watcher instead of a tracker you could have provided some very useful information, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Well...I see a hazard position for town here.

I'm gonna claim.

My role is the Nurse Mason. that means we know each other with the doctor, and I would received doctor abilities if he's murdered. I'm willing to protect his identity, but if you find necessary he can show himself.

And now I, (and Doctor of course) know something.

First, I'm right now at L-2. With 2 scum around, is a very vulnerable position for me and for town, because if scum is not in my BW already, they could win this game already. So,that leave us in those possible scenarios:

1. One of the people in my BW is scum.
2. Two of the people in my BW are scum
3. The scum is outhere and didn't realized that they can win already.

I really don't see scenario 3 as real, because the players not voting already are neanderpaul and suspect. the first a very active postman, the last an experienced mafia player.

So, if you are town, please unvote, at least to avoid the possibility of a mafia quicklynch.

The most opportunistic vote in my BW is the Funzy penguin one. And his lack of information, even targeting Ace is bad looking.

But I see the SV behaviour suspicious too. adn sully doing a great job, but not for that clear of all suspicious.

vote Fuzzy penguin

unvote, vote fuzzy
He's obviously in on some conspiracy.

I am a Random Paranoid Gun Owner. If anyone visits me at night they have a 1/3 chance of being shot, regardless of their role. Other than that I'm a normal vanilla townie.
It seems ace thought I was scummy and came to investigate and he got a big surprise.
It also means that fuzzy is scum. His watcher role meant he could've possibly been been wrong and gotten away with it. Also, I'm pretty sure a cop wouldn't waste a night action.
And I'm pretty sure sully is in on it with him too.

We're at L-1 now I believe.

You realize that at L-1 a mafia member could easily come in and vote for me, then they'll kill somebody else off tonight, and we will lose for sure.

Could somebody at least unvote until PMC comes in and I can see if I'm able to get another PM about my role? Lynching me will definitely cause us to lose the game...it'll make it 3v3 (if there are 3 mafia) on day 3...
