Nice job mr(s) busdriver.

f*ck me, that actually sounds probable.

Think it's still worth pressuring Streaker to claim... but that note is more than a little sketchy.
If it was meant for Streaker, why didn't it get to him?
If it was believed it would be delivered to him, why bother to repeat his name twice within the note?!?!?

Sounds like a setup. fp'd by a few.

As Tonk said, presumably a busdriver.

I don't know why the name is repeated twice. Good point.

A question I would ask is: why does someone try to contact Streaker in order to make him attack Harry? If they're mafia, they can talk at night, presumably, so they can't both be mafia. The note implies that the sender is part of the mafia and the receiver (Streaker?) is like their hitman or something? Getting a claim from Streaker may help in getting answers to these questions.

Fenir Greyback would fit that quite well as flavor. Weakly aligned with Voldemort but not a death eater, would make sense that they would have to communicate that way and would give streaker a killing role.

As others have said, it is sketchy that mafia would have to send a note if Streaker is mafia. Could it be an ability that allows someone to receive a semi-coded message on the mafia's plans?

vote streaker. It is still the best bet while we get more info on why this happened

For the record, I was going to wait until Charm said something but might as well. Mets mentioned being hit by the Cruciatus curse on N1. Anyone who may have been hit tonight. Youve probably been poisoned.

Tbh we know it's highly likely I was bused the night before, when tambo tried to give me a present.

Why would mafia have to send msg to themselves. This whole thing is weird

As aage pointed out, it would not be hard to have a hitman type of role where someone is loosely affiliated (ie they cannot communicate with the mafia) and can do the killing. Maybe it was a way to balance things out? Seemingly we have multiple survivors and a vanilla townie, so it would be tough sledding for the good guys if the mafia had kill powers and a super scum.

Honestly I have no clue about the note... But I think it's best if I just do a full claim right now.

I am Professor Filius Fitwick.
Each night, I may target a player and use Confundus on him. When 2 players are targeted, they will direct their (if any) actions on each other the night of the second confundo.

Without the flavour, it works as a busdriver but each second night (I targeted storr N1, and I targeted DD N2).

Seeing as how Storr got that message, it is possible that DD sent it to him, but not confirmed. It also explains my apparently bad build up case on DD. I was hoping to trap him with it later in the day.

FP'd storr twice. I'm not a snake, I have a wand.

Good point about semi-coded message... sounds like it could have been one of Harry's connections with Voldemort.... perhaps misdelivered due to a bus between Mtamb & Storr??? Seems pretty far-fetched... but doesn't sound like something Mtambo woulda sent directly to Filch (at least not in that format)??

So, Cruciatus curse takes a day to kill which does indeed sound effectively like a poisoning. Mets didn't mention any other immediate effects of the spell, strike?

The thing that does not make sense to me is why Storr did not get Mtam's present night 1 in the context of all of this.

That would satisfy why to be fair.

I guess in looking at things I don't know how your busdriving would have coincided with you being named in the letter to storr.

It seems unlikely that DD would have sent the letter to Storr, unless Storr fake claimed 3rd party survivor day 1 and is actually the hitman/mafia role. While it is certainly possible that DD is the person who is the bad guy and should have gotten the letter but your actions sent it to Storr, it doesn't explain why your name would be on there and not DD's.

No immediate effects. Before anyone comes forward abouf being hit by the curse, I have a question to ask the mod.

'Cause it's how I use busdrive. I use it on the players I don't trust/or who happen to be confirmed not town. Screws up town roles otherwise. Seeing as you were a pretty certain choice of not being town D1, that was easy. I didn't like DD play D2.

CHAAARM WHEERE AARE YOOOUU???? I want to vote her, but I will hold off for now... at least until she comes and speaks

Streaker wrote:pershy - dazza, dd, Storr, Endgame, sempai, sempai, SW, aage, deg

skill - Strike, dd, Mets, mitch, Streaker, Endgame, virus, Wing, Talapus, sempai, aage, sempai

These are the 2 lynches, with bolds being on both of the wagons. I don't think mafia would have gotten a double vote, so that would clear sempai. Aage never gave me a scum feeling, and DD is on both too.

The case is that he is the most inactive. I'm not going to defend him, buts thats a shoddy case to just throw yourself onto.

He's been inactive and when he does post they don't add much.

So, unvote, vote skill

Are we going to keep bandwagoning on everyone until they claim and then start a new one? I think it's likely that mafia were given fake claims.

Complains about wagoning for claims, joins said wagon. DD also approved of the mitch claim, which was weird as f*ck. Calls sniper mafia, never presents an actual case (he mentioned low quality post though).

Vote DD

FP'd by a whole bunch

I was against the mitch claim? I called out wing for making him do it. I was all for him hinting at who he is.

There was no case to build on skill other than he was inactive and that his few posts were crap.

Also you conveniently left out Endgame (I think he is scum) on the night that you received a message that implies you are scum. I'm also not sure about the flitwick claim, he's not really a major character, could be a fake claim. Plus you're ability sounds scummy to me... vote Streaker

got tonkaed wrote:I guess for me, having another 3rd party survivor doesn't impact Storr's claim too much. No one really believed there would be a vanilla townie and there was one, so there might be more of those too.

I would be interested in hearing from Charm, as it doesn't appear whatever Storr got is what Charm did.

My whole stance on Storr remains the same if anyone cares.

IMO there would not be two 3rd party survivors in the game, maybe two third parties, but both survivors? Ehh... Storr's claim is weakened for me.

StorrZerg wrote:Explain why you used your power on me n1 and dd n2

Yeah why would you use it on a claimed* 3rd party survivor? I don't know why me either... I would also like an answer to this question.

Me being on the skill bandwagon is the only thing that you've pointed to that you didn't like... anything else?

Also, as I've said already, I've hinted towards my role, shouldn't be that hard to find if anyone cares to look.
