Thoughts on the day so far, it's good to have Mandy back. Dakky just seems to be being Dakky might look into those who know Dakdak and see if they are giving him issues for this. Tim, not much opinion yet. I don't particularly ever like voting someone who's not going to defend themselves this early but there have been people who have done much more tasteless votes while turning up town so not ready to really point fingers at him. Will be back later tonight and/or tomorrow to hopefully have something more productive to say

Town or scum? kinda depends.. I think generally when I'm playing with people I know, I prefer scum.
Normally, I would say town is better.

Of course nobody likes getting the same role too many times in a row.

@manda, well, in that case, are you scum since you're pounding on the first thing you see? Don't you qualify as scum the same way as you're saying dakky does?

Yeh that comment caught me as well. But after looking again I think he was responding to you saying we are no longer in the joke vote stage?

Will say I do find it interesting Mitch's play style. He makes a big post that can not help draw attention. which is typical Mitch. his play style seems to have evolved however. In the past he was frustrating to read because more often he posted crazy crap that would get a regular player lynched more often than not. He was very difficult to read because of that.

As of late he is making "real" observational reads. He has already made a few.

unvote

Since we are on the page 2 od Day 1, unless someone does something really spectacular, I can only be suspicious of the little things like that, and it's IMO it's better to beat the bushes and maybe make someone jump then to do nothing and waste the Day. I would have voted you for it, but since it IS a thin lead, and you do have some votes on you already, I settled on the FOS as the middle road.

Fair enough. FOS is OK... but it could lead you in the wrong way... though, you're so aggressive scumhunting like you're the scum yourself... D1 owns.

Hey, people, you must write something in order to game to continue.

I got a feeling like everyone is mafia currently. All silent but I seen some of you online (others are hidden) and I seen BuJaber in chat and we had a nice talk (not about the game), but nothing here.

Makes me wonder if we all got the same role so we should all stay silent. Day ends with 50% no kill or a kill. Great.

I'm guessing it's because it's early... You jump to a conclusion now and then people might form an impression.. scares people away. Wait until someone gets lynched then I'm guessing a lot more arguing going on.

Iron Butterfly's first vote/post was weird and he referenced another game which is just confusing for no reason. But after his second post I can see the first was a true joke vote and all he did after that was to unvote his joke vote. Very sensible so far; town maybe?
mandalorian and dakky are talking way too much. Maybe it's their personality, maybe they're scum who thrive under the spotlight, but it's not likely. I don't know how everyone plays here, so my opinions are based purely on this game alone. I'm leaning towards town for both of them.

on the other hand sausage, LSU, hotshot (I feel like I missed someone else) they are a little too quiet. Though personally I don't think that means anything yet. Would be suspicious if it continued.

Doomyoshi isn't in the game and he confirmed... excellent troll.. had me confused there I almost voted against him.

This may be weird because I voted for Ragian, but FOS madmitch. I don't think Ragian protested too much. If anything, he's protesting too little. He's being careful. I chose him arbitrarily before, but I'm sticking with my vote. (Sorry, it was great meeting you, you seem very nice :).. this is just how I feel right now)

Sweet. Day could still be productive, though. Perhaps you'll catch two...?

@BuJ, no worries. I don't take offense. It's a game. It's just hard when I protest too much in Mitch's and too little in yours.

@LSU, are you going to have your game going while we're playing here, too?

His play style has grown old for me. Post something relevant or get lynched. This whole "Busy with life, sorry no time to post,Ill read up and post what I think later." will not be excepted this game by me
This could go for a few others as well but HS has a history of playing like this and it really helps no one. We have short days this game.

It does ruin it for everyone, but has HS indicated that he almost can't play this game? I'd rather get a replacement than see IB get HS lynched D1 two games in a row :)

You didn't played last 10 games here so you obviously don't know how things work... you have full right to be serious, but you should know some patterns which regularly happen, and some of those are voting for not playing character or person... I remember my first game where I got insta-lynched for voting for Arnold Schwarzenegger (or someone like him).... these things make you smarter :-D

each player has there own patterns i dont think ive ever actually voted for a person who wasnt wanting to be in the game though there was 1 game i was wanting to vte for inactives and i was town in that one.

is this a joke vote or a legit vote?? if its a joke vote may i ask why your trying to bring the game back into JVS when the game was already brought out of teh JVS??

@Mitch from what ive seen thus far youve made 2 posts wich from what i can make since of have nothing to do with mafia other then the fact everything spoken about in the posts have to do wih board games. i know you typically like me dont have alot of good hard read at the start but the 2 posts seem like there is no info at all hows it gonna help us find the bad guys?

@Dakkky i vote alladin for a joke vote because he wants out IB dose a legit vote for HS for essentially the same exact thing and you agree are you trying to cozy up with IB if so why?

So Tim voting Aladdin sounds scummy to me. Joke vote phase is more important than you think... inexperienced players easily reveal themselves.

Okay so the last post has a little bit of substance here but Jeeves! This takes being overly defensive to a whole new level. I also tend to be suspicious of players who point out their own town meta (In bold above) as an excuse for their actions. Someone who is scum (and at all smart) and knows aspects of their town meta is going to try to imitate their meta. So actually pointing out your town meta, that's just not gonna work for me.

Lol, I actually do happen to be in the middle of tax season... lots of tax returns to get done before April 18. But since this is my only currently active game, I will try harder to be active for the next 2 weeks, and after that I won't be significantly busy.

So far today, wing thinks he found scum in ragian by the way he was the second to confirm jokingly... not sure that is a great argument since I've seen lots of people confirm with different phrases in these games, I always figured it was more of a personality thing than alignment indicative. Wing, do you have any examples of games where your theory turned out to be true?

Dakky meanwhile thinks he found scum with the way Tim jokevoted a non-player. Seems he has some history to support that proposition, too. Dakky also seems to be trying to keep the game going a bit more active, so I'm leaning town on him to start with and will unvote my joke vote on him. Along with the reasoning in SW's post, tim looks to have slightly more chance to be scum so far early on day 1 than anyone else yet, so I will vote tim

In order to move game forward, I'll say you this:

I am not town. I am not mafia. I am not 3rd party. But I can help all of you. I can help town win and I can help mafia win.

Now you got something to talk about, not have 10 posts in 24 hours.
