As Mr. S reminded us, this seems to indicate quite clearly that the mafia have been eradicated. Yes AOG was inactive at the time but still, I can't imagine the mod would post this if it weren't correct.

It's true that if we don't play our night roles correct, cult could get a recruitment tonight. But pcm might as well play along with the town until you decide to do that, because busdriving himself with a known cult member is just a waste of a role.

If you believe you are town and you believe there is a mafia with a NK that you'd like to use in your favour, shouldn't you try to offer the mafia something? You can't, really, because you can NEVER have the same WC. The cult can, however, help the mafia.

About PCM, he's not really betraying you as much as he got his hands tied. We're recruiting someone tonight to win with the cult, might as well be him, no?

First of all, dug low? I'm very curious that you go so fast to say that he's my friend - I guess we have an extremely different definitions about friends: I don't consider people to whom I'm friendly to in an online game to be friends. Secondly, I consider that to be quite dishonourful and dirty, so it's quite naturally that I will not like it.

I don't know if he's mafia, but it's quite likely. To be honest, I'd actually rather mafia win than cult and if he will admit being mafia and will side with us, I can personally guarantee that I will see through and do everything I can to help him win.

How does he have his hands tied? First of all, you are always blabbering about recruit this, recruit that - if we lynch the recruiter now, which is extremely likely, THERE WILL BE NO RECRUITMENT. He doesn't have his hands tied and he's in a perfect position to win with town.
But... It was so artistically done.

That is just a gem!

You say the mafia shouldn't trust the cult (that actually CAN recruit the mafia and make him win with us), but he should trust YOU (that can't win with him)? You want him to believe you will take down the cult and then do nothing until mafia wins? :o  :?

May I ask why you claim you'd rather see mafia win and not the cult? Just curious.

Yes, because I have already proven in previous games that I'm a man of my word.

Because I don't like giving wins to arrogant, dishonest bastards :)

I'm just interpreting the role I was given. ;)

Even if the mafia guy would believe your sorry excuse for earning trust, you'd need all the other townies to FORFEIT the game. And all that just to spite me?

I would NEVER trust someone that offers a deal in which he himself wins nothing.

I win morally, which is much more important for me than getting a won statistically. Also, all of this is if he is mafia, which would be add as Sax sort of said that there was not any mafia left.

C9, there's more than just pride on the line -- there's medals and a year of premium up for grabs here. Let's not throw away the game please.

So, you're playing a game of deception and want to make someone believe that you will let them win due to an alleged moral high ground you hold?

I'm done arguing about that (your offer of throwing the game just to spite me). I already got to make people read what I wanted them to read.

I'm going to assume that Shield is mistaken about his rolename. I fail to see why Sax would lie about no mafia left in his scene.

I'm sorry, but this is worse than the crap shield is pushing. I think you're just as awestruck by how you cultmate could come with such a godawful claim. Like, he didn't even bother checking the first post on either role or flavor.

OK, I figured outwhat I was talking about earlier. I meant if Safari was cult/non-recruiter. Very possible. Improbable.

I had my reasons for considering Rodion's offer, and not all of them had to do with winning with cult. Somehow I doubt that's actually something Rodion has the right to sell.

Vote Safari. Let's get this over with.

OK, fine with me. Is anyone confused about who their night action should be targeting? We need to split up the roles evenly between jimfinn and Rodion (I'm thinking that shield is really not a worry here). I recommend that the NK goes on Rodion, and that pcm busdrives himself with jimfinn.

Okay guys, I would rather not tell what our busdriver has to do - PCM is smart enough to know what he has to do.

Mr. Squirrel should NK Rodion.
Shield should NK JimFinn.

If any of these two do not happen, we know where to look next.

I set the deadline and gave you a deadline to lynch by. Nobody got themselves together enough in time to lynch. I'm sorry, but thats the way it happened.

Yeah, I'm gonna call foul here as well. You set a deadline and said it would be rolling, then didn't change it. You brought shield in and only gave us a day or so to discuss him.

Shieldgenerator7 will be replacing Army of God.

I know he was the mafia godfather, but I figured he couldn't know anything about the cult so I was happy with it.

If anyone has any objections please PM me.

That's 58 hours and 24 minutes after he introduced Shield to the game.

He had said deadline was on 19th when it was 17th, so 2 days (48 hours). Even by "rolling" the deadline from the 17th to "when Shield joined" more than 2 days elapsed.

I honestly think there was no foul here. If there was a foul in this mafia game, I'd call it on Gilligan's "post-deadline" lynch. ;)

Agreed. I am very disappointed - this is bastard modding, IMHO. I have done so before that I've expanded the deadline if activity was good and yours was excellent... We were going somewhere and now you give cult the win. I'm probably going add your games to those who I will not join in the future due to this.

Ok, in my defence I set the deadline on the 19th. I then said there would be a rolling deadline if I did not get AoG replaced before the 19th. I did get him replaced and so the date of the 19th stood. I was unable to be on on the 19th hence why I ended the day on the 20th.

Im sorry if you believe Ive deliberately given cult a win, but thats what I stated. Town should have been more organised.

I always thought the point of a deadline was to force activity if a game was stalling, not to prevent a lynch when there was a high likelihood of a majority being reached soon
