Midnight strikes. It's the morning of the seventh day since this madness began. The neighborhood is in ruins, and if there were any law enforcement in the area, they'd see sam's body still in the street, DRoZ's body still covered in shattered glass. They'd smell a dumpster filled with 5 dead bodies. They'd probably call in Homeland Security.
Two doors creak open, silently. Inklosed, still dressed in her black mourning clothes, steps outside. William18 steps out the other, and crouches as he sees ink across the street. Skoffin is passed out, having fallen down as soon as she entered her door -- the last drugging victim. Inklosed walks quietly and purposefully, yet with a little twitch in her step, subtle, yet telling. William, hiding behind his porch's ivy-covered railing, pulls out his gun, and fires. The shot hits the pavement next to Ink's feet, And ink quickly dives behind the hedge between Will's house and DRoZ's. Will fires a few more shots in Ink's direction, but has to reload. Ink jumps behind DRoZ's chair, still lying in the middle of the lawn. William, having lost track of Ink, walks to the middle of the road, and stares at DRoZ's property.
Ink is panting maniacally. After mr. i's death, she'd vowed to kill off every last one of the worthless neighbors, and she wasn't about to be stopped now, at the last minute. She pulls the kitchen knife from her sash, and begins to creep along the hedge again, just out of Will's sight.
Will is thinking hard. He'd found this perfect, picturesque part of town almost a month ago, and just knew it was the perfect place to begin his capital empire. He'd found the perfect partner in Flores, and together they'd discussed grand plans for the
Super-Megacoffee-Megaconglamorate that was to be the ultimate cash cow. Killing off the residents of their desired property was to be the easy part... but they had underestimated the resourcefulness of their neighbors. Now he's confronted with his last victim, out and about in the middle of the night... something isn't right. He runs to ani's house, across the street, and kicks down the door.
Lying around are ani's lockmaking tools, from his old days as a locksmith. William had by now figured out that ani's intentions had been to keep his neighbors safe by locking them into their own houses... but that had been taken care of on day 1.
Ah, the early days, he thinks,
everything seemed so unstoppable then. Now he ran up the stairs and began peering out the window for Ink.
Inkl0sed, however, was already a step ahead of him. He had made it to the house already, and followed Will inside. As Will was pressed against the upstairs window, ink approached and prepared to shove the knife in. But then he had a thought. Just last night, he had witnessed Sam shove DRoZ out the window, before ink did Sam in herself. This seemed like the perfect idea now, less messy, so she gathered all her strength and shoved. Unfortunately for her, Will was a bit tougher than the 80-year-old lady, and survived the fall badly injured. As Ink ran down the stairs, she was faced with William, painfully gathering himself up. He pointed his gun at Ink, and said, "I dare you to come any closer."
But Ink was insane, and didn't act rationally like Will expected. She lunged at him, and plunged her knife into his stomach. As he staggered, and fell, she sprinted for her car, ready to hightail it out of the neighborhood once and for all. But William18, lying bleeding on the perfect suburban lawn, raised his gun and shot.
Midday on day 7, Skoffin awoke groggily. Still unsure of what to do with herself, after ensuring the deaths of all three people she had randomly chosen a week ago, she wandered outside. She had noticed her mind clearing recently; the insanity that had caused her to be deported from her home country seemed to be, against all reason, getting better. She was startled, although not incredibly surprised, to see William18 and Inklosed, both lying dead in the street. Feeling awkward, she eventually wandered over to her car, and drove off, disappearing from the once-again-quiet neighborhood without a trace. A block down, she stopped, rolled down her window, and tossed out the still-unused suicide bomb, leaving it lying on the street, like just another dead body.
Thanks for playing everyone...
weird ending, I know. As you can see, starting on day 6, anybody could have won, with 1 town, 1 mafia, and 2 third parties. It was still uncertain until 10 minutes ago, when William could have drugged Ink instead of Skoffin, ensuring a Mafia win, or could have killed Skoffin instead of Ink, letting Ink live to the end.
I'll post the scores here in a minute. I have saved almost all information from the game, including roles, and Night PMs. They are available by request, just post what you want to see here, and I'll show it to you. I'll post a list of all actions right after I post everyone's scores.
