It's sheep dude. I don't think you've seen the game where I got day 1 lynched with all joke votes. It was lolzy. Maybe if it wasn't a player that decided to make a multi in the past and spam up OFf-Topic threads, but I think it's pretty clear that it was meant as a joke vote and nothing more. I never said I didn't find the whole bandwagon scummy but I certainly don't find everyone on it scummy. I consider 6 worse than 5 and 4 worse than 3. I went with 6 because I am going to be called for omgus no matter what and if I'm going to be called for it might as well call out the vote I found most suspicious. I stick by that action. On the other hand it is being pointed out to me that this behavior is notg uncommon for sheep so I guess if someone else will echo that is the case I will unvote but I do not regret taking it.

i don't have much experience, but wouldn't mafia hold with the speed lynching until late game? When they actually have a good target to lynch? Hammering quickly on day 1 would stand out big time.

However, I agree that wagoning on Day 1 should only go so far (as far as joke votes are concerned)

I do agreezel x3 Upon review I do think that Safari is right that it's a miscommunication. It just seemed a bit odd to me. The only reason why I'm sticking with it is because since it's early Day 1, any thing that sticks out in any way can be followed as a lead.

So I find putting someone in that position where the joke wagon is on the verge of normal claim territory something to pay close attention to. To be fair, I wouldn't mind pressuring both, but I think that Naxus' statement stood out much more than Sheeps.

I agree with StrikeWolf's reasoning about the wagon, and that large joke wagons should be discouraged. However I do think Sheep's vote was typical joke-vote. He withdrawed it quickly, which either means he realised it went a little beyond a joke, or he was intentionally backpedalling on a slightly scummy move. Personally I think the former.

Sorry I don't have more to contribute, been a bit busy with other games/RL. That and nothing major has really jumped out at me.

Here's the thing I see with naxus's statement which didn't add up. 3 mafia speedlynch would have drawn enormous pressure not only on the hammer but the other two as well. Add to that that there was no roleclaim, so mafia would have had no idea who they were lynching. Could have been a VT for all they knew. So while wagging the finger at joke bw is ok, trying to shoehorn in a convoluted argument makes it look like naxus was trying to appear helpful and townish.
