in please. Haven't seen Basterds yet, will do. I've seen all the rest. (although Kill Bill 1&2 were on tv)

For the record though Death Proof was terrible. You should take it out. To replace it I suggest "Four Rooms", although I haven't seen it a few years, I remember at the time I thought it was funny. I don't know if it still would be, I hardly remember each room, just the bellhop character. I just remember Tarantino directed the last room.

Hey, are you that guy at that party who kept dissing Death Proof until he went home and I passed out in the comfy chair? 'Cause if you are, I still say you're wrong and I was right about Death Proof being a great homage to the old chase movies [-( (although I probably shouldn't have yelled at the medicine student who declared House's approach of describing broad spectrum antibiotics to every patient to be nonsensical. )

No that isn't me. Unless I was in a complete drunken stupor and happened to have met you before, and don't remember anything (possible then).

Well I maintain that it was horrible, so there!

Seriously, complete crap. It was a glorified chick flick. Most of the movie they sat around talking about girl stuff, then the half-assed gore. Which normally wouldn't be so bad since its all about dialogue anyway with Tarantino (see "Like a Virgin" or "why Mr. Pink doesn't tip" speeches in Resevoir Dogs), but I don't really feel like he delivered this time.

And a small group of women kill the Snake Plissken? Really?

yeah I know I wasn't all that impressed with them. Not bad, just not Pulp Fiction or Resevoir Dogs.

That music in the scene in "The House of the Blue Leaves" when Bride is calling O-Ren out has to be heard in cinema or through a booming surround system. BTW, does anyone know where I can get that song (which for some bizzare reason wasn't on the soundtrack CD, probably so that there is space available for that inane rap about O-Ren)?

I love that song but nah...I pirated (shhh!) the Kill Bill 2 album (I needed L'Arena so badly...[Ennio Morricone song when she's punching her way out of the casket]) and maybe the Kill Bill 1 is there too?

Well that's enough for the 12 player version, but I'm willing to wait a bit and see if some of the other peeps want to get in on the 16 player version. Either way, I'm going to need reserves.
