Greasemonkey Strength Equation?

Hey, I was just playing a game, and I saw something odd in the greasemonkey strength ratios section. I took some screenshots, and I was just wondering what the formula was

Well if you look, he has 5 cards, correct me if I'm wrong but the formula takes into account the cash in value of cards and the like. And with the cash in so high, he is quite a powerful player if he sees his next turn. So it is not that weird.
