Hi, sorry if this is the wrong forum but I couldn't find a help one. >_>

So anyways... do the warp gates count as parts of sectors? I.E., do you *need* the Valhalla warp gate to own Valhalla? Because they don't seem to have coloured circles around them...

Yes, the warp gates are seperate. In fact, they form another two sectors. +3 armies for one of them, +4 four the other. It should say on the map which is which.

Space is my favorite map - you do not need to own either the wormhole or the warpgate country to have the bonus for the system; you do however have to own the station.......

Thanks for all the helpful replies. :)
I was just trying to convince someone to leave one of my warpgates alone (for the bonus) in exchange for letting them leave a country for a little while in my area (let them plan a back attack, whatever). They disagreed because they thought they needed the gate for the bonus, so I decided to check here to be safe. I sure as Hell hope that doesn't count as a "secret alliance", though I don't see why it should since his part of the bargain helps take me down. >_>

Anyways, thanks again!

If the discussion takes place in the game chat that everyone can read, than you can make any deals you want (though some people still don't like that). Secret alliances apply to discussions you have outside of the game chat.

It's not a secret allience if you announce the allience as soon as it's formed, even if you discussed it outside the game chat.

But alliences suck anyways. I like it when people try to make alliences, and they end up each other.

Of course mach thinks its an alliance when two people discuss the fact that he owns asia and are telling eachother to attack him...

/bitter because he missed one guy taking out nascar and lost hte game.
