a question about point scoring

I have just finished a game...I will leave out the fact that I had some amazingly BAD rolls, while ionser, a valient opponent, had a fantastic run with those dice (which I am sure, although my dice analyzer says otherwise, are biased towards the defender...I mean, 4 double sixes in a run!!!!)

But my question is this...I eliminated THREE other players from the game, but the two players I took lost less points than I did. Two of them lost 18 points, I lost 19 points, despite the fact that at the end it was only myself and Ionser....how is that fair?

becasue you had a higher ranking to start with, you basicly had more points to loose, and less to gain then others

But I have no ranking, I had played one game more than them, and had less points (since I lost that one game), so how is that a higher ranking?

This is how CC games are scored

Conquer Club players are initially given a score of 1000. At the end of each game, the winner takes points away from each loser. The points to be awarded is calculated as (loser's score / winner's score) * 20, up to a maximum of 100 points from each opponent.

So, even though I had a better game, and eliminated 3 players, I get penalised more than they do? hmmm, well, I don't like it, but not much I can do about it really.
