how do u get the record to work

iv been playing for a while and it has not kept track of my record any suggestions will be very helpful :(

What record? If you mean the win-loss record, we dont have one yet.

do you mean the numbers beside each player's name? that's not a record, that's their feedback score. Read about feedback here
