... sucks. Get IRC so we can ban people like foutballfreak. He's a pest and has this weird obsession with spamming the chat room and leaving/joining repeatedly, and the ignore feature obviously doesn't work like it's supposed to. I understand the chat system is on its way, but with impersonation and spamming so popular/unstoppable, please switch to IRC.

With IRC, both impersonation and spamming are stoppable. With impersonation, once someone is using a nick, it is impossible to use the same one without that person changing their nick or signing off. With spamming, if a moderator is in the room, they can kick/ban that person. And I understand that ignore works on gabbly... if that person you're ignoring doesn't leave and re-enter the room.

I don't have any other way to say this except that THE CHAT FUCKING BLOWS. Thanks.

So make IRC the new temporary one. It's not that hard. Gabbly has always sucked, but now it's getting ridiculous.

I spend all my time working or refereeing or playing soccer or hanging out with the woman-unit or sleeping. I don't spend that much time on chat rooms... and it's only here.

On the other hand i like to see the statistics on RT game's played, before and sindse the chat option, and yeah some need to adapt a little as myself to somthing new, me realising that as no other i supose that might be fade away when people get used to this feature.
Then if people are bored and want to play, they must have somthing to do.
I think that gabbly chatroom provide's manny extra possibility's .

IRC has its benefits, but do you know of a good Flash program to integrate into a browser? I rarely use browser chats and prefer AcidMax/mIRC over anything out there. If you can find a good flash client, though, IRC would be the way to go.
