This thread is a dedication to my friend steve grifiths. Multi or not he was a noble and worthy player. Steve was one of the best and with more time would have been a general. Steve was a proud member of ewl I am very sad to see him go. Bye steve miss you buddy. Seems like cc died today.

Steve grifiths 13 Jul 2006 to 2nd October 2006

I don't think the words 'noble' and 'multi' can really be used in the same sentence. He was certainly a good player but that just makes his cheating seem even worse.

He's also caused me a headache in the league I'm running and personally I hope a thousand people randomly decide to kick him in the balls.

Multiple accounts...are a selfish creation. They make my cry inside, and before bed.

I had a lot of respect for him until I heard about this. He still seems like a classy guy, but took a very wrong turn.

The thread about 'who is the next to experience a CC nervous breakdown' now makes me laugh because Steve was obviously the right choice. I hope that if he decides to come back eventually he will contribute positively to this community once again.

He should be buried in an unmarked grave.

why steve? WHY?????

My grandfather developed a theory about the criminal mind after serving as a guard at Alcatraz during the 1930's. He said most of them were really nice guys, they just lacked remorse for thier actions... thier only real remorse was for being caught...

But what he said that really stuck with me..... he said most started small and GOT AWAY WITH IT the 1st time, so they did it again (rapid pulse rate, but again didn't get caught), and again (this time like no big deal), and again (seems normal now), and again and again... and by this time they truely beleive they are IMMUNE to being caught.................this continues until...........................they finally get caught... and they think it's NOT FAIR because they got away with SOOO much for SOOO long that they should not have been caught for something so small!

So how do you keep from being one of those people? You must always be true to yourself! Don't sell out EVEN when you are sure you can get away with something... because, you'll know it yourself, and you'll start down this road!

Well this little story has helped me to greive the loss of Steve, and to remind me that people will always disappoint people... I'm thankful that this was just a game Steve (no jail cells for CC cheating)....

He made a mark on cc.. biggest multi.. biggest tourney person... still a good guy though..

hendy's right.. he would have made general... I mean he could multi all 6 players in a 6 person game.

how about a battle royale with all multis? That would be a nice coup.

Yes. If he had just been allowed to play with himself for another week, he sure would have been a general! :D

Well, you know. According to Scorba some of Steve's accounts were female accounts. Guess Steve had a great imagination. The kind of imagination that a regular man would kill for.
