North America or Oceania?
Posted: Fri Mar 07, 2008 4:28 pmOn North America you can put an average of around 2.7 on each territory every turn and on Oceania you can put 5 down (classic map). But who would rather have Oceania?

So my choices are
a drop of 3 in each of indonesia, eastern oz, western oz and new guinea and other territories
or a drop of basically 3 in each of NA's territories?
If I was going first, I'd take NA's territories, fortify from within, hold the bonus for 2 rounds and steamroll the game. If I was going last, I'd rather have Oz.
