If you have an issue with Live Chat, do the following, in order until you find an answer...
1. If a Live Chat Moderator (Clapper011, James Vazquez, rebelman, wicked, Fireside Poet) is in chat, ask your question there, either publicly or privately (click on their name to open a private room).
2. PM a Live Chat Moderator.
We have people assigned to cover all these tasks and answer all your questions. By going through the right channels, your issue will be resolved as quickly as possible.
