Age of Merchents questions

Just started playing here and have a few questions about the Age of Merchents map.

It looks like there is no continent bonus given out, is that correct?

It says you get a bonus for delivering a resource pair to a trading post. How does one go about delivering a pair once they have them? Is it automatic as long as you have both the pair and a trading post connected?
If it is automatic, then do you automatically get the higher delivery bonus (for an off site trading post) or must you do something special?

Do you have to deliver the pair at the beginning or the end of your turn?

Any tips for the map that may not be obvious to an experienced risk player but a new player to the map?

Ok, in short, once you hold a trading pair plus a market and/or factory you get a bonus and that's all there is to it. You don't actively have to do anything else. I'm not a huge fan (I'd rather have continents) but it can be fun

not true... if you hold a port where you hold the pair, and a port on another area with a market that you own, you get a bonus for transporting to that other market. and for the guy with the question, you get the bonus at the start of the turn.-0

1. A resource pair and market on the same land mass yields +1 army.

2. A resource pair and a port on the same land mass while on another different land mass a port and market yields +2 armies.

3. Pirate Cove and for every port held yields +1 army each.
