HOW LONG PLEASE???

Could somebody tell me how long it usually takes after submitting a complaint by E ticket for it to be dealt with please?
The reason i ask, is that i have been given a non factual neg feedback & i would like it removed.
I filled out the E ticket 2/3 days ago & Each day that passes,more & more people will read this pack of lies & i would really rather they did not have to as it is untrue & i find it offensive.

From my own experiences of two times in the past, the first nf was removed within 2 days while the second about 3 days.

Thankyou for that. Its just driving me crazy having that lieing dribble written beside my name giving people the wrong impression of me & the sooner its removed the better

The reason it's taking so long is you initially sent it to the "Technical Support" department and the person who handles those has been on vacation. If you file it correctly, it usually only takes a few business days at the most. I went ahead and transferred it over to the correct department for you, so you should hear something via email next week.
