Interface Mishaps

OK I need to know this..or need to know its just not me...lol or that it is.
Now I do need reading glasses and have trouble with small print at times but man I have lost track of how many times the wrong armies have been fortified at the end of my turn.
In unlimited no biggy...in chained its been a killer.
Some of it I can easily blame on myself...but man it has happened way to many times.
Hug me and tell me everything is going to be all right and that Im not a canidate for the special bus.

get BOB greasemonkey script; you can have it ask you to confirm deployment/fortifications

yes, by all means get BOB or some other cheat mechanism... *rolling my eyes*... try clicking on the larger map deal on the side of the map. and as time goes by, you will learn the maps better and make fewer mistakes. you are a fairly new player and mistakes are bound to happen. i suggest clicking on the larger map, triple checking for mistakes, and being patient when fortifying... good luck!!!-0

And dont make mistakes when you play with O, or you will never here the end of it!

So its just me then?
Maybe I should install a pellet dispenser and electrodes on my monitor. Everytime I do it right I get a treat and when I screw up it shocks my ass.

Well, similar, I have deployed wrong quite a few times on ConquerMan and Feudal.
The newer feudal map is better, I haven't done it so often, but I misread D's as O's, and vice versa, several times on conquerman. I'll get used to it eventually, cost me a bit though.
Feudal, before the new map, I mis-forted and mis-deployed many times.
Less often as I played more, it was still annoying though.

make sure your mousewheel doesn't move when you click the "fortify" or "auto attack" buttons. If the marker is still in the drop down menus for selecting territories it can f*ck you over, a while back I was going to auto attack against a single unit with my stack of 500, I hit an other stack of 500 instead. With over 4000 armies on the board it didn't matter too much though.
