Question about Freestyle

I had just placed about 10 men in a country - North Africa - then attacked Brazil - which had 1 - meanwhile my opponnent placed 6 men in Egypt - and attacked North Africa - and somehow I lost all my 10 men - and did not take out Brazil -

Can someone explain to me - is there a difference how Freestyle works? Can you not attack from a country that is being attacked?

It seems like every I play Freestyle - large armies that I am attacking with, just disappear.

you need to look at your dice rolls see if it your attacking that is losing them or your defending

What is probably happening is that their team is playing at the same time, that way they can drop all their armies on one player. Then that player does his move, ends his attacks, and begins to fort all his men to his partners territories for their attack sequence. Get it? Some people hate free style because of this little nuance.

That always happens to me...If I am attacking someone else and get attacked from a different direction I lose all my troops. Its a fault in the program...Use it to your advatnage as much as you can.
