anyway to avoid the noobs?

Admin ought to make restrictions; say to make games and allow those with...say 1400+ score to join.
Here lately I've come across quite a few folks who have blatantly screwed the game through suiciding, usually on me, but alot of the time on others.
The pattern? It's been grade 1 corporals and below. Not many 1600+ have done it. I've had better games with better ranks.
It's not that I care for ranks, it's that I like quality.

Isn't that what hosting private games is about? Sure, it limits who you play against, but you can't really close people out of public games. I understand it can be frustrating, but I look at is as being part of the game...it's like that little Dictator in some whacko country...you never quite know what he'll do

Best way to avoid the "Noobs" is to quit CC and join some other game of course you may then be the noob
