They start attacking you from the beginning just because you are higher ranked. I really dislike that -_- Interzone and redtide attacked everything that was mine, no matter how many armies I had on it just because they were afraid I would break their lame ass 2 man bonusses. That is pathetic.

What do you guys think about this?

I started making alliances with yellow because dickhead 1 and dickhead 2 corporated -_- I had to for our both benefit.

You can believe what you want dude... but a person's rank has very little to do with how I play. I assume it's the same for most people.

Yes... I will watch people with a high rank a little more closely.
Yes... I may give lower-ranked players less credit.
and yes... I may assume new players with no feedback will deadbeat after they miss their first turns.

Past some minor prejudices like these... I generally let the game play out. Yes I will attack people to break bonus's... imagine that.

Based soley on the game chat... you my friend seem like a whiner, a bully, and not a very sporting player.

Perhaps that chat is not a good representation of your true personality... and it's also out of context. Sometimes you have to see when something was said in relation to a move made in game. I didn't analyze your issue THAT closely.

As a side note... I have say there's quite a vocal minority of mid-ranked players with a bias against lower ranks on here in CC. It does take some of the fun out of the game.

I have been the 'victim' of this bias... one player basically admitted to hitting me harder because he'd rather have a higher ranked player win so he loses less points. Basically this dude gave up playing his own game... and worked against me only so he'd lose less points.

I've had my rants in in-game chat too... so I'll chaulk your up to a bad day and give you the benefit of the doubt.

I think a lot of people forget to have fun and take things way too seriously here!

Kingmakers (beating down lower ranks so you lose fewer points) suck, but because of the scores, they are all too common (and yes, I've done it once or twice...but only to friends )

Ah well. The game will go on.

Don't scare off too many newbies, they are the future of the site
