Time between posts/PM's

I noticed that the time in which you can send another PM after the first one is bigger then before. Is this a change? Because it is very annoying when I want to send PM's for new tournament games. I keep clicking back after I get the message that I can't send a new PM yet.

We increased the time in between pm sending to decrease server load.

yes, the time was increased temporarily so as not to stress the server as much. Hang in there and it'llbe back to normal soon.

That explains it.....I had just thought the time-space continuum had been screwy in my part of the world. I swore I waited like 5 minutes and it still gave the me "wait longer you fool" message.......now it all makes sense.

even while it was 'normal' i had the same problem occasionally when sending out pm's for tournament organisation actually, only not as big ofcourse

It used to be 15 seconds, I upped it to 30 seconds.
If the DB stops sending out nasty load-related errors I'll drop it back tomorrow.
