Doubles question...

Ok, here's my question

Say theres a 3 team doubles game going on:

Team 1: Player A
Player B

Team 2: Player C
Player D

Team 3: Player E
Player F

Let's say player B gets eliminated. Now when player B's turn would come around, would that team just get skipped? or does player A take twice the amount of turns?

if player B is eliminated it will skip him and A will not get an extra go, hence it is very important to try to eliminate members of other teams.
