That's no acheivment, espceially since its been done before twice! Simtom was the first to try it, it was a novelty then - now it's just sad. Even sadder is the fact he is paying so that he can lose on purpose

Actually, I seem to recall that the first person to make a deliberate run to the bottom of the scoreboard was stdb04 (or some name along those lines). T'was at least partly because of him that the 100-point-per-player ceiling was established, so he didn't win some ludicrous amount of points from a single victory.

actualize also reached 1 point about 2 months back. he quit for a month after that and i think he's back now and on a score of 500 something

whoa... before the point ceiling... that would have been an amazing (and cheap and annoying) strategy! Get all the way down to one point and then win one game with some highly ranked players and therefore get an insane amount of points.

max a person can gain is 700 points from an 8 player game. insane yea, but it still doesnt bump em out of cookdom and then after that its again a struggle getting points

I don't think it's fun to get to 1.. you constantly have to start new games, all the time
and you cannot play a single game, and it's a waste of $25
so not a big achievement, just someone who has too much time, lol

yes but he said 'before the point ceiling'

just because of those retards there is a point ceiling now, otherwise they might get like 140.000 points for winning 1 game

on the other hand, if they would lose the next game, they will lose about 27.300 points, so their points will drop quickly
