The mood in this forum needs to be lifted

We have another forum on this site called flame wars. Its purpose is
Frequenters of this forum lately seem to have forgotten the difference between the two. We all play the same game and we are all passionate about it, perhaps that's why our debates tend to get so heated. However that is not an acceptable reason in my opinion as a frequent contributor to this forum for this to turn into a place for negativity and bitching especially when this is directed at our fellow players. if you believe someone has cheated or been abusive there's a forum specifically for that purpose likewise if you want to flame someone - the correct place for that is flame wars as I mentioned above.
I enjoy debate and argument as much as the next person but the general air of negativity around here needs to be reversed. Of the top 20 threads in general discussion at the moment at least 9 of them are negative in nature (and I'm not talking the usual "dice are evil" threads either). Anyone reading this knows full well what threads I'm referring to so I'm not going to elaborate further as they don't need any more advertising.
We should all remember when we post the following extract from the forum guidelines (I say we because I have often done the post first, think later thing too
