I'm not noticing bonus armies on the territories I hold the cards for, am I not doing something right?

Game 1611252 for instance. I'm very new so maybe I'm just missing it. I own Quebec in that game and the card. Will it display in the game events that I got bonus armies?

Well, I can't see who owns what because of fog of war, but if you cash in the card Quebec while you own Quebec, you'll get two guys automatically deployed there. But I think the game log will say 2 armies deployed on ?, or something like that.

Ok, I misunderstood. I didn't realize I had to cash them in to get them.
