Its not precisely a list, just go to memberlist and choose list by total number of posts and youll see it.

When you post you aim to add to the conversation. Max has maybe done this 30 out of the 240+ posts. The rest is worthless spam. This is quite evident by this thread. Look how spam filled it got. For now on you need to add something to the conversation if your going to post.
