Team game questions: When does a team hold a continent?

Suppose I'm in a triples game: Does ONE specific team member need to hold an entire continent to be eligible for the continent bonus, or does a mix of players on the same team also count as holding that continent?

I understand I can deploy on my own territories as well as team mate's territories; same for fortifications right?

If I kill a team-mate: Do I get his cards?

What is the order of play? (Assuming it's a sequential game) ? I suppose after a team member of one team finishes his turn it's then the turn from the next player on the other team?

Anything else I need to know to win team games? ;)

Oh and what if it's freestyle.. If I finish a round, does everyone in my team then have to wait until the first player in the OTHER team starts his turn (or until half the round passes) ?

i don't play much freestyle but yes one color needs to own the whole bonus in order to benefit from it and yes you get the cards from your teammate...that is good stratagem if your team is down and your pal has some cards....you get them instead of them....some escalating games are won this way !

one color has to hold the continent

yes same for fortifying

yes u get his cards

the play for doubles is say the last person on the second team starts (for person) then its the first person on first team, first person on second team, second person on first team, second person on second team and so on

for freestyle if say your the very last person to play and its triples, then once one person on the other team starts theyre turn then your whole team can play
