Deferred armies

On missing turns, I unfortunately missed one. When you deploy deferred armies, why can't you deploy them on more than one area? I had 9 deferred, and could only deploy them to one area. Is there a reason for this? Sorry for my stupidity.

It's to prevent people in chained & adjacent fortification games from getting the advantage of "unlimited" fortifications in that stage of their turn.

This may just sound lazy, (I'd rather it not), but why not make it able to deploy on multiple territories in just unlimited games? In chained and adjacent only to one.

I like it the way it is now...it is true "punishment" for missing a turn. You no longer have an advantage.

Easier to code the way it is now. In unlimited you can still move them around, so it's not big deal. Consider it "punishment" for missing the turn.

in HOW TO PLAY, it says that deferred armies must be deployed in one shot after the attack phase. however, i'm in a game where the deferred armies are being deployed before the attack phase. is this a deliberate feature?

i know the answer now! the deferred armies are received before the attack phase, but always deployed afterward.

No, I hope not.
The way it is now is much better than before, there is just a slight penalty for people who miss their turns. And I hope that it stays that way.
