deployment

i only have 2 territories each with only 1 army on each and no bonuses, do i get to deploy any next turn

You get a minimum of three armies per turn, unless you are taking negatives to counteract any armies you receive.

Maps like pearl Harbor where if you happen to own a parachute and it's plain your armies are negated. It's rare.

Maps like pearl Harbor where if you happen to own a parachute and it's plain your armies are negated. It's rare.

It's not Pearl Harbor, but Omaha Beach. And also on USApocalyps and Conquer Man you can have a negative total bonus.

magic doesnt have any negative bonuses, the ones you are thinking about affect the territory directly and not your deployment
