Game freezes

Help if you can, when i'm playing the game sometimes freezes in the middle of my turn, I've tried coming out and going back in but it wont let me go any further until my turn time is finished this is costing me big time

does this happen in all games? Just on one map one game? Link?

different maps and times, sometimes as i deploy troops , sometimes on dice roll and sometimes on advancing.

what are you using as a browser and service? (exp. firefox on timewarner)
