Support Ticket Emails

Are you suppost to recieve an email when you send in a support ticket? Cos' I sent one in a little bit of time ago and I still don't have an email saying it was opened as it said it would do on the confirmation page.

The ticket was to feedback moderation, dunno if that makes any difference.

oh and btw, sorry if this is not in the right place...was not overly sure where abouts I should put it.

Yes, you should receive an email when you open a new ticket. I'll check on yours for you when I get home tonite.

Check your spam/bulk folder first, make sure it's not there. If you have your ticket number, you should be able to go back to the Help page and enter the ticket number at the bottom to check it's status. But I'll check on yours too.

Dunno, maybe the guy deleted it or something cos' it's not there anymore.

And the email definately wasn't in my Spam folder...i did get 2 reply emails, but not the original confirmation that the tickets were opened.

Mine did get caught by a spam filter.
