what to do in a doubles game with a bum teammate??

he wont communicate, work together on defence or attacking, has his armis spread out thin 1 on achofthe 6 countries he holds all of which are in asia and when i gave him advice on what to do he dumped all his troops on attacking a stronger force in siam....
