Tell them Baghdad is unable to log into the forum, nor open up chat, nor even leave a comment to a player he recently played because he must : you cannot leave feedback because your account is inactive - please upgrade to Premium Membership to remove this limitation

It's not a bug, your "friend" was busted for having multiple accounts. Tell him to use the Help tab up top to fill out an eticket if he wishes to appeal.
