I just left negative feedback to a player that killed the wrong target in an Assassin w/ fog game. My problem is now i feel guilty for the negative feedback. I mean the player should see that there is only one territory left so they shouldn't attack unless it's their target right?
Is negative feedback like this justified?

I'm assuming your referring to Game 1326187.
Important to remember when your leaving negative feedback, make sure there are factual reasons why you are leaving such feedback. It's probably not a good idea to leave feedbacks based upon accidents. If this certain player deliberately attacked the wrong target, it may be worth a negative feedback. However an accidents or miscalculations may call for a neutral feedback or not even any feedback at all. (To me, sometimes its not worth it.)
Also, its important to remember that these are all games. We lose some , we win some, and sometimes we lose games totally out of our control such as the one your describing.
I would consider seriously deleting this negative feedback.
Thanks for the input
