Busted?

What are the rules for being busted for multi? I just noticed in a game theres a player who was named as busted by K.Ach about a week ago. Still premium, no points loss, starting and joining games, so these are not leftover games.

If convicted as a multi there is only a few options you can choose from:
1) Quit
2) Upgrade to premium
It seems as though if this person was convicted as being a multi- he more than likely upgraded to premium, allowing him to continue playing.

Quite simple: banned or pay tribute.....and the tribute part helps keep the site up against other such people breaking the rules of CC
