my best guess is check everyone with the same ip address but with all the users on here is that feasible?

The mods and hunters tend to discourage too much speculation about their multi-hunting methods, as it's felt such speculation could make it harder to do their jobs.

The secrets of multi-hunting are a closely guarded secret that only those who are in that role know. They are sworn to secrecy not to reveal those secrets on pain of a visit from the turtle himself.
Trust me, an angry turtle isn't someone you want to mess around with. Really, you don't.

Multi Hunters are paid by commission and they usually don't reveal their secrets. I've heard that players with a 3 letter name starting with the letter "T" is usually sufficient proof of being a multi.
Shhh..... they are watching us....
