Idiot on a game

He just wont kill me.
I know his type...if I DB out of the game, he will probably give me neg for doing so.
He just wont let the game end :S

no reason to threaten him with NEG feedback, because he has a 6 over your 1. not that big of a build up. let him enjoy beating you, it may be his biggest victory yet! anyway, this is what i found uncool:
Hotdoggie: kill me this turn or you get neg for dragging it out.

The tendency is clear, he deployed next to a country with neutrals, it's down to 2 instead of the usual 3 and fortified 2 to China, 2 is what you might have left after a failed auto-attack.
He's probably going for the america bonus because he wants to hold the whole map and look "cool". If he doesn't kill you this turn a negative might really be in order.

i just don't see a 6 build up as grounds for a negative. jeez... in 5 rounds, you might have something to complain about.

yeah... that guy is pretty much stupid, there is no reason to ever drag a game out if you can win it, whether it be 8 armies or 800 armies.

dude look at the previous rounds - he dbed two turns, in which time i attacked him a fair bit then he knocked me back and began to stockpile again.
He has had the game won for over a dozen turns, its not about showing off...its about pissing me off.

If he leaves you a neg you are more than entitled to ask for it to be removed by a mod, and I strongly suspect they will do it for you.
