when i would only bombard a territory, and not conquer another territory, would i get a card at the end of my turn?

it's not exactly conquering a territory when you bombard one...

As currently coded you do get a card.

I know, and I'm still stating my opinion. You don't actually conquer the territory, so there shouldn't by a card for it.
